Senior Business Analyst - Albury - NSW
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our farming operations. Based in Albury, this hands-on role partners with farm teams and leaders to improve commercial, operational, and environmental outcomes.
To be successful in this roll you will need to bring a deep interest in Australian agriculture, particularly cropping and a genuine commitment to sustainable farming practices. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Agriculture/Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related field. 5+ years post-qualification experience in an analyst or comparable commercial role, ideally within agriculture, Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to details and analytical accuracy, advanced Excel skills (Power Query highly regarded), collaborative mindset and the ability to work well across teams and a current drivers license and willingness to travel to our farm locations.

Senior Financial Accountant - Albury - NSW
We’re currently looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contribute to operational and strategic financial outcomes, and be part of a business that balances people, profits and the environment.
We are looking for our newest team member to have a degree in Accounting or Finance, CA or CPA qualified- or working towards completion, 5-8 years post qualification experience in a public practice or corporate setting, strong sense of ownership, accountability and time management. You will need the ability to think critically and provide meaningful recommendations which would require an interest in agriculture and desire to engage with the operational side of our farms.

Farm Hand- Amarinya- Jerramungup- WA
The team at Amarinya are on the look out for another Farm Hand to join their crew. Located at Jerramungup in the Great Southern region of WA.
To be successful in the role you will bring a proactive positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop a career in the cropping industry. You will also have recent exposure to precision Ag techniques and technologies, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, a mechanical aptitude for preventative maintenance. Also desired are ChemCert, First Aid, FLT Ticket & MC drivers license or willingness to obtain.
